Take the guesswork out of your monthly electric bill. Ohop Mutual can figure a flat monthly budget for you – based on your 12-month usage history.
Tired of calling in monthly to make your payment by credit card or mailing a check to our office? Ohop Mutual can set up your account to automatically charge your credit card or checking account. You will continue to receive a monthly statement showing how much will be charged to your credit card or bank account.
Want the ease of checking your bill or making a payment 24 hours a day? Sign up for our SmartHub Program. In addition to being able to make payments quickly from your computer, tablet or smartphone, members will also find it easy to view their power bills and payment history.
With IVR you can check your account balance and make a payment with Visa, Mastercard or electronic check 24 hours a day, 7 days a week over the phone. Call 1 (855) 939-3729 to begin using IVR. Please note, to use IVR you must have a current phone number or PIN on file. If you do not have a PIN, please call our office.
Our Metering Loan Program assists members who want to add a transfer panel or upgrade, replace and/or repair their existing meter base or weatherhead. If you have a system that needs maintenance, please call our office to check on the availability of this program.
