Melvin Cox has been a life-long resident of Pierce County. In his career, he has been an Educator in the Eatonville School District for over 30 years. In addition to his past work experience and training, Mr. Cox has furthered his education by attaining the NRECA Credentialed Cooperative Director Certification with concentrated study in Electric Distribution, Finance, Strategic Planning and Director Duties & Liabilities.

Rob Collins, Vice President

Rob Collins has been a life-long resident of Pierce County. In his career, he has been the Manager of Substation Operations for Tacoma Power for over 20 years. In addition to his past work experience and training, Mr. Collins has furthered his education by completing courses in the NRECA Credentialed Cooperative Director Certification.

Jerry Walter, Secretary/Treasurer

Jerry Walter has been a life-long resident of Pierce County. In his career, he owned, operated and managed his own company. In addition to his past work experience and training, Mr. Walter has furthered his education by attaining the NRECA Credentialed Cooperative Director Certification with concentrated study in Understanding the Electric Business, Finance, Strategic Planning and Director Duties & Liabilities.

Frank Hoffman, Director

Frank Hoffman has been a life-long resident of Eatonville. He has been involved in the Administrative oversight of Utility Policy for over 40 years. In addition to his past work experience and training, Mr. Hoffman has furthered his education by completing multiple continuing education courses in Utility Operations including the NRECA Credentialed Cooperative Director Certification with concentrated study in Finance, Strategic Planning and Director Duties & Liabilities.

Isabella Deditch, Director

Isabella Deditch has been a resident of Pierce County for over 40 years. In her career, she has been involved in Accounting, Finance and Management. In addition to her past work experience and training, Mrs. Deditch has furthered her education by attaining the NRECA Credentialed Cooperative Director Certification with concentrated study in Board Roles & Relationships, Financial Decision Making, Electric Distribution, and Strategic Planning.
